The brass band is one of the oldest units in Abu Bekr Temple, being organized in 1922. The Membership is composed with excellent musicians who get a lot of enjoyment from playing and performing for others. For the first 67 years the Band marched on foot, but enjoy riding in a large bright wagon. The Band performs at Temple Ceremonials and parades and plays concerts and events throughout Siouxland. It’s membership is made up of Shriners from all over the Abu Bekr Temple area.
